Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There is no age limit to attend the Open House, but those attending Banfi's Wine Tasting following the event must present ID and be 21+.

Random House is easily accessible by numerous subway lines.

There is an Icon parking garage located directly under the Random House building. The entrance to the garage is 230 West 55th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue. If you park before 10am, the cost for 12 hours of parking is $19. For more information, visit Icon's website.

Yes, your ticket is transferrable if Random House is given 48 hours notice before the event.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy, we are offering refunds to any guest who purchased an Open House ticket for the original date of November 2 and cannot attend the rescheduled event on Friday, December 14. If you require a refund, please email pr@randomhouse.com. Refunds will not be offered after November 16.
